I’ve had a good experience living here so far. The management team has been friendly and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests are usually handled pretty quickly, and Fernando from the maintenance team has always been professional and helpful. The community is quiet and feels safe, which I really appreciate.

Not a bad place or area to live. But the amount of charges and things we are being charged for! There’s 2 separate charges for electric (your own and common area). Water/sewer charges seems to have GONE up!! Internet is now contracted with Comcast/xfinity. I was paying a lot less than what I am paying now for internet and was told it shouldn’t affect it, but nope was all a lie and tried calling the office and talk to them to no help!!! Management is always changing, new people in office all the time. Miss having Ms. Danelle here who was always trying to help solve issues that comes up. Oh and like the other person stated the pool/gym being closed for 2-3 months…yup! No discount offered whatsoever!

My husband and I enjoy living at Sundance Apartments. Today we went to the pool party, and while the weather was cold, rainy, and dreary outside; the welcome inside the office was sunny and bright! :) Liberty Joy is the office manager. We just met her today in person, and must say she is kind, personable, and professional. We feel we are in good hands with her. The property is well kept. While we have not had a need to call on maintenance yet; we did meet, Daniel who was also very kind and personable. No complaints here! :) :)

I just toured this property. The property manager is very friendly and knowledgeable which made for a great experience. They answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome. I’ll definitely be looking into to renting. Overall very clean , quiet and safe place to be apart of.

My boyfriend and I toured this apartment complex last weekend and it went so well! Denea was so nice and walked us through the amenities and the exact apartment we are looking for. The layout was perfect, and the price is unbeatable! We aren’t moving until summer, but we’ve been touring apartments to figure out what our best option is when the time comes. Sundance is our #1 and we can’t wait to apply in a couple months!

The only thing I would change is notifying tenants on work that is being done on property prior to work being done to allow us to prepare.
