I recently applied with Sundance Apartments, which are managed by the same company that oversees our current residence. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The office appears to operate only a couple of days a week, and communication was minimal throughout the process. I paid a $70 application fee for myself and another $70 for my partner, a total of $140. It took 6 days just to receive a denial. On the application, I specifically requested a copy of the background check and any related documentation, which I still have not received. Instead, I received a generic email from a consultant named Esther, which did not address my request. While they claim the delay and confusion are due to new ownership and ongoing changes, the entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I canât help but feel misled and out $140 with nothing to show for it. Hopefully, others will have a better experience. Thanks.
