Lived here for over two years. When I moved out I got a final move out bill. I took them a check and paid it in full. A month and half later I received a notice that my final move out bill is unpaid and going to be sent to collections. I contacted the office and of course staff changed again. I sent copy of my final move out bill, check number I paid it with, and picture from bank of cashed check by Sundance, they apologized and said they’d fix, 5 months later I just received a letter from a collection agency to collect my final move out bill…. I will of course send everything to them now but this is absolutely ridiculous. If I didnt keep all my records showing it paid they would just continue to attempt to collect the same debt over and over. Watch out!!

Lived here for over two years. Recently has changed to new ownership and has been good. Impressed the most by new maintenance. Fernando was out to make repairs and was personable, helpful, and efficient. I’m impressed. Thanks Fernando appreciate you.

The apartment is wonderful and all the help from Liberty in the front office is so great. She is prompt in getting back to any questions. A great place to live.

I am going ro give 3 starts because it has being like almost a week that I ask Nicholas about an order for my vanity and I haven't heard from him, plus he was really rude at the time keep telling me do you know who am i ? Do you know who am i?, I didn't know who has him but I new he work there because he was behind the desk, I think he should present him self and tell me who has , so any way he make me feel like sad about how he answered me like very prepotente. But because I can put another start I will give 4 to Liberty because she has being super professional trying to respond all my questions and try to fix all the problems that I have in my apartment , plus she is nice and you can actually speak with her.
