Lived here for over two years. Recently has changed to new ownership and has been good. Impressed the most by new maintenance. Fernando was out to make repairs and was personable, helpful, and efficient. Iâm impressed. Thanks Fernando appreciate you.

The apartment is wonderful and all the help from Liberty in the front office is so great. She is prompt in getting back to any questions. A great place to live.

I am going ro give 3 starts because it has being like almost a week that I ask Nicholas about an order for my vanity and I haven't heard from him, plus he was really rude at the time keep telling me do you know who am i ? Do you know who am i?, I didn't know who has him but I new he work there because he was behind the desk, I think he should present him self and tell me who has , so any way he make me feel like sad about how he answered me like very prepotente. But because I can put another start I will give 4 to Liberty because she has being super professional trying to respond all my questions and try to fix all the problems that I have in my apartment , plus she is nice and you can actually speak with her.

My husband and I enjoy living at Sundance Apartments. Today we went to the pool party, and while the weather was cold, rainy, and dreary outside; the welcome inside the office was sunny and bright! :) Liberty Joy is the office manager. We just met her today in person, and must say she is kind, personable, and professional. We feel we are in good hands with her. The property is well kept. While we have not had a need to call on maintenance yet; we did meet, Daniel who was also very kind and personable. No complaints here! :) :)

Lived here for over a year and the community is lovely. Liberty has been a blessing and very helpful. It feels good and the apartments feel nice.

I just toured this property. The property manager is very friendly and knowledgeable which made for a great experience. They answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome. Iâll definitely be looking into to renting. Overall very clean , quiet and safe place to be apart of.

Our experience overall was very positive and the best part of our time at Sundance was the quietness and perfect location to both I-5 and167, close by trails and the great office staff! Most of our interactions were with Denea who we found to be friendly, responsive and helpful.
