My boyfriend and I toured this apartment complex last weekend and it went so well! Denea was so nice and walked us through the amenities and the exact apartment we are looking for. The layout was perfect, and the price is unbeatable! We aren’t moving until summer, but we’ve been touring apartments to figure out what our best option is when the time comes. Sundance is our #1 and we can’t wait to apply in a couple months!

A great apartment to live at when we first moved in. Used to be owed by a family that treated the property and people with care. Big management company moved in and it went downhill very quickly. Pool closed due to cleanliness issues, maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, and office staff is never around to get help. As someone who cared a lot about this apartment and saw it as our home - its really disappointing to see how it all turned out. We eventually decided to leave and i sincerely hope they change their practices.

A great apartment to live at - really quiet tucked back in the residential area but easy to get to! Well maintained and easy to reach the office staff!

We have lived here for almost 3 years now absolutely love it. Great neighbors, quiet, small, friendly and affordable. It’s a fantastic community and we can’t imagine living anywhere else!

I’ve loved living here knowing how management takes pride in making Sundance a class act to live. The new management staff has made significant changes which has made a positive impact. Keep up the good work

I’ve loved living here knowing how management takes pride in making Sundance a class act to live. The new management staff has made significant changes which has made a positive impact. The only thing I would change is notifying tenants on work that is being done on property prior to work being done to allow us to prepare.
