We have lived here for almost 3 years now absolutely love it. Great neighbors, quiet, small, friendly and affordable. It’s a fantastic community and we can’t imagine living anywhere else!

I’ve loved living here knowing how management takes pride in making Sundance a class act to live. The new management staff has made significant changes which has made a positive impact. Keep up the good work

I’ve loved living here knowing how management takes pride in making Sundance a class act to live. The new management staff has made significant changes which has made a positive impact. The only thing I would change is notifying tenants on work that is being done on property prior to work being done to allow us to prepare.

I have lived here over 17 years. New management these last 2 years is awful!! My car got stolen, daughters car broken into twice- mail boxes constantly getting broken into & maintenance is extremely rude & uses profanity. Fixes nothing
