3/31 6:00pm Scheduled a tour at 5:30pm with Tanya, the manager, and my family and I were stood up. We got there at 5:20pm only to find out that the office was closed already (even though it says the office hours are from 9am-6pm on the office door and online). I messaged and called every number I could and got no response. Getting timely responses with Tanya was already difficult much less booking a tour. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to our time. 4/1 11:30pm (Edit after Sundance’s response) But I did reach out and no one replied.

Two years with new management and we got out. "Gated" community that might have had a functioning gate for a few weeks. Appliances are old, multiple requests to maintenance for washer/dryer issues. Expect to pay rent + parking + package delivery + required unit internet.

I’ve had a good experience living here so far. The management team has been friendly and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests are usually handled pretty quickly, and Fernando from the maintenance team has always been professional and helpful. The community is quiet and feels safe, which I really appreciate.

On Sunday Jan.21, 2026, I called the Sundance Apt. in Milton Emergency number. My kitchen sink was filling up with water from the drain. I tried plunging the drain, running the garbage disposal with nothing in it and called a friend to help. I began scooping up water in a pan and running to the back entrance over the little patio to dump it. I did not want it to go on the floor and ruin the floor. In between us, I called the emergency number and someone didn't answer and said they would send somebody out right away and wrote down all my information. After an hour past and no one showed up I called again. Same thing happened. They wrote everything down and said they were so sorry that nobody came and then they never showed up. I called four times on the 21st in desperation. I had two friends helping me scoop the water out in the evening, the water was slowing down and my two friends had to leave. I slept sitting up in my couch with the alarm on every hour, so I could check the water and it kept coming. So I would scoop the water out on one of the trips taking the water out. I slipped on the porch in the water and fell cutting my arm and hurting my shoulder and knee. I had to go to the emergency and get stitches finally on Monday. Sundance did get somebody over and they fixed it when I called to talk to the office on Monday after getting back from the ER. They were not nice, not apologetic. In fact they said well we don't come out unless it's an emergency although the emergency number had told me they would be there. I said what is an emergency I could've let the water flow all over the dining room and living room floors and they would be ruined, I fell because of the water that no one came out to help me with and had to go to the emergency room where there was a lot of blood and a long cut and sore limbs. Most often there is a nice person at Sundance desk, but the new one has not been nice at all.

Not a bad place or area to live. But the amount of charges and things we are being charged for! There’s 2 separate charges for electric (your own and common area). Water/sewer charges seems to have GONE up!! Internet is now contracted with Comcast/xfinity. I was paying a lot less than what I am paying now for internet and was told it shouldn’t affect it, but nope was all a lie and tried calling the office and talk to them to no help!!! Management is always changing, new people in office all the time. Miss having Ms. Danelle here who was always trying to help solve issues that comes up. Oh and like the other person stated the pool/gym being closed for 2-3 months…yup! No discount offered whatsoever!

Gym and pool have been closed for about 4 months now after being told it be “a month or two” No discount on rent or anything due to the lack of amenities, place is a joke
